Terms of Use

Effective: March 2026

Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the MotoAlbert platform is subject to the following terms. By submitting a quote request, creating an account, or otherwise interacting with the platform, users acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms in full. Anyone who finds any provision unacceptable should discontinue use of the platform.

Purpose of the Platform

The platform is provided for informational and quote-matching purposes related to personal auto insurance. Content published on the site is intended to assist drivers in understanding coverage options and does not constitute professional insurance advice. Coverage decisions should be made with appropriate professional guidance and a full review of policy documents from the issuing carrier.

Accuracy of Information Submitted

Accurate and complete information is required for all quote submissions. Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in inaccurate quotes and constitutes a violation of these terms. The platform reserves the right to refuse service to any user who provides information determined to be false or deceptive.

Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform, not to introduce malicious code, viruses, or harmful programs, and not to use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to extract data from the site. Any such activity may result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the platform belong to MotoAlbert or its licensors. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Third-Party Carriers

MotoAlbert functions as an independent matching platform connecting drivers with licensed third-party insurance carriers. The platform is not an insurer and does not issue policies directly. Coverage terms, premiums, deductibles, and policy conditions are determined solely by the selected carrier. No warranties are made regarding specific premium outcomes or the availability of particular coverage types for any given driver.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform and all content therein are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MotoAlbert disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability

Liability for any damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. This limitation applies to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, and special damages, even where the possibility of such damages has been communicated in advance.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the use of the platform shall, to the extent permitted by applicable law, be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than jury trial or class action proceedings. This agreement to arbitrate covers all claims arising under contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.

Revisions to These Terms

These terms may be revised periodically to reflect changes in applicable law, platform functionality, or business practices. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. The most current version is always available on this page.
